Refund a travel voucher

You can submit a travel voucher refund via our online refund system. The company will process the refund in sequential order by no later than March 31, 2024 as scheduled within the time frame in accordance with the business rehabilitation plan.

Processing your request

1. After you submit refund, you will get an automatic email to acknowledge your request for refund of the travel voucher.

2. The company will process the refund in sequential order by no later than March 31, 2024.

3. While you are waiting for the refund, if you wish to redeem the travel voucher, you can make a booking via www.thaiairways.com by December 31, 2023. Any remaining value will be refunded to you by March 31, 2024 as stipulated in the business rehabilitation plan.
