        Kathmandu Travel Update

        Subject: THAI Kathmandu town ticketing office hours
         
        Due to latest aftershock and limited  transportation services, THAI city ticketing office will close at 16:00 hours instead of 17:30 hours.

        Subject:  THAI ticket information for Kathmandu route

        For THAI tickets issued in Thailand, Indochina, and Myanmar on or before 25 April 2015 for travel date during 25 April – 15 May 2015 to/from Kathmandu the following policy shall apply to these tickets:
        -International only tickets to/from Kathmandu
        -Domestic Thailand ticket in conjunction with the route Bangkok-Kathmandu and v.v.

        1.Reservation Change
        1.1For ticket on a THAI operated flight, passengers may change their flight or date of travel once without charge, and with the condition that travel must be taken within the ticket validity date
        1.2For promotional ticket with validity based on flight/date of travel, passengers may change their flight or date of travel once without charge, and with the condition that travel must be taken within the ticket validity period.  Promotional conditions still apply.
         
        2.Reroute
        Passengers may make a route change (rerouting) to any THAI destination in the Indian subcontinent, but must be within the ticket validity period.  No handling fee will be charged.  However, if ticket fare to the rerouted destination is higher, the passenger will be charged the difference in the fare.  If ticket fare to the rerouted destination is lower, there will not be a partial refund.

        3.Refund
        Passengers request a refund on their ticket without charge, but must be submitted to or contact THAI by 31 May 2015.
