Requirements for claiming prizes:

1.THAI shall contact the winners thru Facebook or Instagram within 20 August 2019. And the winners need to contact tgactivities@thaiairways.com together with the original entry photograph file (file size must be minimum of 4 MB in JPEG format), identification card or passport and proof of travel between 26April 2019 and 15 July 2019 with Thai Airways or THAI Smile upon claiming the prize within 4 September 2019 to avoid disqualification.
2.THAI reserves the rights to terminate any prize of any winner whose documents are incorrect or incomplete.
3.Once the required documents are verified, THAI shall contact winners by 11 September 2019 to process their claims for their prize tickets.
4.The winners mustclaimtheir tickets in person by 29 November 2019 and will also agree to being photographed when receiving their prizes orwill be deemed toforfeit their prizes.
5.THAI shall inform the winners directly where their tickets can be issued.
6.The tickets are valid for 3 months after the date of issue.
7.The winners are responsible for all additional expenses (if any), apart from the prize tickets, including payment of all applicable taxes and surcharges.
8.The tickets cannot be changed, upgraded, sold, auctioned or exchanged for money, norcombined with any other promotional offers from THAI.
9.The tickets cannot be used to earn Royal Orchid Plus mileage.
10.THAI reserves the rights to use all photos and original photographic files entered and photos of the winners receiving the prizes for commercial or non-commercial use without limitation.
11.The winning photos and original photographic files in this contest will become the property of THAI, but the copyright of the photograph/s will still fully reside with the creator.
12.THAI reserves the rights to keep photographic files submitted for this contest and not to return themto the owner.
13.THAI will not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by any prize winners or their guests (where applicable).
14.THAI reserves the rightsto withdraw the offers and/or amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
15.All decisions made by THAI relating to this contest will be deemed final.
16.Employees of THAI and THAI Smile(either permanent or contractual ones), its partners and respective subsidiaries and third-party companies associated with this contest including relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are ineligible to enter this contest.
17.Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
