How to convert your points to miles               
1. Call your local Amex Call Center.
2. Inform your AMEX representative you wish to redeem your points for frequent flyer miles with Royal Orchid Plus.
3. Your Royal Orchid Plus miles will be credited to your ROP account within 3 business days.
