  •    To facilitate passengers with self-service, The "Self Service Kiosk" are installed at 7 domestic airports in Thailand, which are Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi), Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket, KhonKaen, Hat Yai and Krabi.
  
  Internet Check-in
  •    Passengers can enjoy the convenience and ease of Internet Check-in which can be made from 1 to 24 hours prior to scheduled flight departure at all THAI/THAI Smile check-in online stations.
