Thai Airways International Public Company Limited would like to inform the ticket creditors, as of today until October 31, 2023, ticket creditors who have already requested a refund can submit documents and evidences for refund process. Ticket creditors are including:

• The ticket creditors who have filed the case with the Official Receiver of the Legal Execution Department and had a final order to request a refund ticket.

• The ticket creditors who did not submit a case to the Official Receiver but contacted to request a ticket refund and express your intention with THAI before September 14, 2020.

Remark :

1. Tickets issued through the website thaiairways.com, ticket creditors will be refunded through the original payment without request to submit documents and evidences.

2. Tickets that do not meet the conditions specified, passengers can contact for a refund through normal channels.
