The notification for passenger departure

(Effective from 22MAR 2020)


1. Passengers entering Thailand 

Thailand Ministry of Public Health has announced passenger travelling from Korea to Thailand must present


1-1. Thai Nationality passenger

Require the presentation of 

(1) Health certficate confirming that the passenger is fit to fly.

(2) Letter issued by Royal Thai Embassy, Thai Consular office or Ministry of Foreign Affair, Kingdom of Thailand certifying that the passenger is Thai National returning to Thailand.

 

1-2. Foreing Nationals Passenger (Except Thai Nationality)

Require the presentation of

(1) Health certificate certifying that the passenger " pose no risk of being infected by the Coronavirus Diseas (COVID-19)", issued no more then 72 hours prior to the date of travel (download and use below Medicial certificate)

(2) health insurance/health insurance policy that show minimum medical coverage of 100,000 USD in thailand and cover COVID-19 desise.


If any passenger is unable to present such certificate and insurance, boarding pass shall not be issued and boarding shall be denied according to CAAT announcement.

- Passenger will be provided information on the address in thailand in the T.8 Form or in "AOT Airport of Thailand " App;ication to complite.

- Passenger will scan body temperature at security point of airport authority. ( pass below 37.5c)

- Passenger will scan body temperature at boarding gate before boarding to submit to communicable disease control officials at the control post at the airport of disembarkation.

- Subject to isolateion, quarantine, under observation, or any other measures for the prevention and control of commumicable disease.

 

2. Transit passenger in Thailand travelling to 3rd country without entry into Thailand

1) a Medical Certificate ( as below download file: 1.General Passenger, 2. Overstay foreigner) which certify Negative testing for COVID-19 not more than 72hours before departure and

2) Health insurance/health insurance policy that show minimum medical coverage of 100,000 USD in Thailand and cover COVID-19 desise.

3) Passenger must follow destination country regulations regarding COVID-19.

If any passenger is unable to present such certificate shall not be issued and boarding shall be denied according to CAAT announcement.

- Passenger will scan body temperature at security point of airport authority. ( pass below 37.5c)

- Passenger will scan body temperature at boarding gate before boarding to submit to communicable disease control officials at the control post at the airport of disembarkation.

- Passenger will scan body temperature during transit ( pass below 37.5c)

It is recommended to use above medical certificate form but it can be used Negative COVID-19 of LAB testing document(English) not more than 48hours before departure and Doctor Medical certification(English) to certify No risk of COVI-19 not more than 48hours before departure.
