Mr. Wiwat Piyawiroj Executive Vice President, Commercial Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), recently presided over a lucky draw for passengers who traveled with THAI throughout 2018 and completed the THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey (e-TCSS). A winner is selected for each month of the year, whereby each month’s winner received two free confirmed Economy Class roundtrip tickets for travel with THAI.  Names of the 12 winners are shown below or check at website thaiairways.com.

The customer Satisfaction Survey (e-TCSS) conducted since 1997 has produced results invaluable to THAI for products and services improvements.  As part of the company’s goal to maximize customer satisfaction, THAI conducts the surveys monthly on all routes, in all classes of service, and on service experience throughout the passenger’s journey – from ticket reservation, to onboard experience, to arrival at their destination. The survey has helped assist THAI in identifying areas of customer approval and offers some insight to a better understanding of customer needs and areas of improvements.
