Thai Airways Singapore: Self-FAST check in Kiosk relocated to Terminal 1, Row 9 with effect from TG404.

Please be advised that Thai Airways Singapore would be officially using self-FAST check-in Kiosk and will be relocated to Terminal 1 Check-in Row 9 with effect from TG404/28 November 2023 flight onwards.

Early Check-in @ Jewel will remain unchanged.

For better understanding, the procedure will be amended as follows:

• All passengers (including Internet Checked-in pax) will process and complete their check-in using 08 Kiosks located near Row 9 as well as 05 Kiosks located end of Row 8
• Self-FAST check-in Kiosk for each flight will open for check-in same as normal check-in ops time for each flight but ceased at minus 1 hour from each STD (normal check-in maintained till flight closure - usual/current arrangement)
• Boarding Pass and Baggage tags will be printed by the Kiosk accordingly.
• Pax without check-in baggage will proceed directly to ICA for clearance.
• Pax with check-in baggage will proceed to either CCL or YCL bag drop counter.
• Pax with special handling (connecting to destinations requiring documents/VISA check, UMNR/YP/Wheelchair /Excess Baggage/Special Comment/Medical/staff, ticketing/reservation/payment issues, etc.) will be required to proceed to Kiosk Assistance Queue (regular) for normal check-in process.
