    Historical Changed of Privacy Notice

    Effective Date Details of Changed to this Privacy Notice
    30 JAN 2023
    		Stated the details of third parties and international transferring, the procedure and methods to destroy personal data, and also the historical changes of the privacy notice.
    Established the central Privacy Notice included our subsidiary companies’ policy in a single Privacy Notice for all data subjects.
    02 DEC 2020 Established the Privacy Notice to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562 (2019) (PDPA) which entered into force on 1 June 2022. 
    17 DEC 2019 Added additional of our purpose of processing which are required by Vital Interest
    21 MAY 2018 Renamed from “Privacy Policy” to “Privacy Notice” and revised to abide by EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which enters into force on 25 May 2018.
