Name Changes

Changing the name on the ticket is not permitted

Name Correction (same passenger)

Name corrections (due to spelling mistakes or part of the name missing) Before departure is permitted with a fee of USD 30

Name corrections (due to spelling mistakes or part of the name missing) After departure is  not permitted

Upgrade to a Higher Cabin

- Upgrading to a higher cabin is not permitted

- Upgrading using ROP miles is not permitted

Cancellation/Refund

Cancellation of the booking and request for a refund is not permitted
